Morning smoothies

My parents are visiting me and this morning, I decided to offer them energetic and colorful morning smoothies!It’s better to start with the green smoothie and then continue with the orange one!

GREEN MORNING SMOOTHIE
* 1 cucumber
* 2 celery stalks
* some romaine salad
* some kale
* some parsley
* 1 organic lemon (you can use the whole lemon)
* 1 teaspoon buckthorn powder
* 1 tablespoon protein powder
* 1 teaspoon turmeric

Run all ingredients through a juicer.Serve immediately!

ORANGE MORNING SMOOTHIE

* 3 grapefruits (orange)
* 3 apples
* 1 big plum

Run all ingredients through a juicer.Serve immediately!
