Hi! Did you know there are some flowers you can eat? For example Violet, Chamomile, Dill, English Daisy, Lilac, Geranium, Lavender…I just want to remind you that the flowers you choose have to be spontaneous (wild flowers) or organic; grown without the use of pesticides.
Today I decided to prepare a fresh and colorful salad with flowers:
-tender baby salad greens as much as you like
-some extra virgin olive oil, salt, 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
Toss dressing with greens and top with flowers and ENJOY!
