My chia seed morning porridge



* 2 tbsp chia seeds

*1 tbsp hemp seeds

*1 tbsp lucuma powder

*1 cup coconut water

(you can use also green/herbal tea)

*1 cup berries (I used frozen berries)

*a handful of organic spinach


*1t vanilla powder

-Pour the liquid into a blender and add the chia seeds,soak for 15 minutes.

Add and blend all above in blender.

It takes only few minutes to prepare a delicious morning porridge!Enjoy!
