Are you a coffee or tea person? I’m absolutely a tea person; I can’t drink coffee. :) For me it’s always a joy to find and try out a new tea and today my afternoon tea moment is perfect because of my new lovely Marimekko mug ( a surprise gift from my husband&son ♥) and a new tea from English TeaShop. The flavor is chocolate, rooibos and vanilla… so good. :)

I know Kale Chips have been fashionable for a while, but only today I tried to do them by myself. The recipe is very easy:
Preheat an oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper. Tear kale into bite size pieces and drizzle it with olive oil, squeezed lemon juice and sprinkle with sea salt and chili powder. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, about 20 minutes.

I know in the States the first day of Spring was already yesterday;
instead here in Italy Spring always starts the 21st of March!
