I know Kale Chips have been fashionable for a while, but only today I tried to do them by myself. The recipe is very easy:
Preheat an oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper. Tear kale into bite size pieces and drizzle it with olive oil, squeezed lemon juice and sprinkle with sea salt and chili powder. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, about 20 minutes.
